I work at Istanbul Bilgi University,
Department of Economics and MSc. in Financial Economics.

My research areas are Financial Econometrics,
Computational Methods and Real Estate Finance.

Specifically I am working on Mortgage Markets in Emerging
Economies and Pricing Mortgage Derivatives like Mortgage Insurance, Default and Prepayment. Housing Finance
in Turkey and its structuring is of my special interest.
